Today I'm blogging on the fly so the post is coming in a tad later today than normal. Here's my latest card and it's for my mom for Mother's Day. The video on how to shade the flower is complete! So I've embedded it below the photo.
This card's flower (and leaves) use the same shading technique I used on the yellow and grey Dotty card a few posts back. I got such a wonderful response from you all that I created this video to share how I did it.
I'm also entering it into the Die Cuttin' Divas Challenge #65: Flowers & the Scrap It Girl May Flowers challenge.
The seam binding and bling in the center of the flower are from Ribbon Carousel. Everything else is CTMH including the retired Key to my Heart paper (an old promo) and the new Dotty for You paper. The stamp is from the Card Word Puzzle set. Oh - and if you can't watch the video at all, the flower is a cut from the Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge that is exclusive to CTMH.
